- Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
- Work closely with business development and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue in assigned territory
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
- Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
- Measure and report on and other dashboards, on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of technology related business development or proven experience in project management
- 3+ years managerial exposure
- Experience in a businesstobusiness (B2B) environment, hightech products/services preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail
- Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Computer Science or Information Management (or similar field) is a plus

- Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a Call Centre would be a plus
