- Communicate with stakeholders and other internal teams to understand business problems, gather business requests.
- Conduct data process and visualization with technical skill set.
- Develop compelling, logically structured presentations that can synthesize complex data into insights and action plan, develop and deliver complex reports of both internal & external people analytics and talent market intelligence.
- Act as a thought partner and domain expert on People analytics best practices and keep up to date on new trends in the field.
- Master's degree. Technical graduate degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 year+ experience in data analytics related work. Able to present and clearly communicate complex data, analyses, and findings to non-experts.
- Proficient in Power BI, Python, SQL skills, and Office PPT, Excel etc.
- Fluent in English, could work b-lingual with Global team.

We are seeking a senior Analyst who will work on the Global People Analytics, Workforce Strategy and solutions.
