- Maintaining the StepStone Reporting Inbox by processing all emails received daily, gathering associated information from third party providers (including APIs); and creating and storing electronic files of all data received
- Providing strict and timely follow up on all communications and adhering to SPAR department procedures
- Reviewing numerous electronic documents and adhering to a precise file naming convention system
- Resolve untagged documents in accordance with risk control SOP's
- Assisting with the management of client SharePoint sites by uploading documents and responding to client inquiries and requests
- Coordinating with fellow team members around the globe to meet SPAR mission objectives
- Assisting the overall SPAR team on expanded scope projects and tasks
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business preferred
- Demonstrated track record of academic success
- Prior private equity, investment banking, planning and analysis, or research experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage time in a detail-oriented environment
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft SharePoint a plus
- Follow up skills and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential
- Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability

The Data Operations Junior Analyst will work for a team that supports the Portfolio Analytics & Reporting ("SPAR"), Investor Relations, and Fund Accounting teams in collecting and managing data and the flow of documents for numerous private market investments.
