- 5 year+ banking industry experience. Acquire basic banking domain (, loan, GL, etc.) knowledge.
- 3 year+ project manage experience. Be able to deliver project under highly matrixed environment and manage multi stakeholder expectations.
- 3 year+ data analyst experience. Master mainstream data analyst tool/language like SQL, python, pyspark, Tableau, etc.
- Pre regulatory reporting experience especially on EAST and 1104 will be a plus.
- Pre digital transformation project experience will be a plus.
- Pre AI/ML model delivery experience will be a plus.
- Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
- Fluent spoken English and good written English.
- PMP certified.

Data enablement team's mission is to prompt data usage in ADA lite platform. During this transformation journey, this position needs to take up product manager role to engage with BU/SU for 1) collecting their data requirements; 2) proposing executable solution; 3) collaborating with tech team and data factory to develop a comprehensive project plan; 4) safeguard the use case delivery; 5) sort out the post-live support model with minimum supervision.
