- Work out annual online calendar to drive ecommerce business growth with building blocks (Daily sales, Brand Campaigns, NPDs, Key Festival, Regular promotions, etc.)
- Accountable for the delivery of sales turnover, GMV, service quality and store profitability.
- Manage and guide TP's operation strategy, plans and execution of store in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service, Pricing and logistic delivery
