- Technical scope: Together with the Regional IT teams, maintain IT infrastructure in the China region: IT Service Delivery – end user PC & mobile device support Ensuring that IT infrastructure is well maintained and secure Networking, servers, storage, backup & AV equipments Assist & manage technical requirements of Production, R&D labs, factory including but not limited to VLANs, network Ports, DNS, DHCP, VMs & storage. Understand & support third party vendors solutions in the factory Rollout of projects in close collaboration with the global Infrastructure & Operations team Extend support to IT Security Operations team in managing vulnerabilities, patching, security incidents and compliance.
- Coordination scope Technical Infrastructure & Operations IT representation for all sites in region Regional IT budget planning and follow-up Vendor management Contacts with local vendors Contract negotiations in close collaboration with Procurement department Coordinate Site moves (incl. Greenfields), mergers, modifications, acquisition and divestitures for sites in the region Coordinate with the region's Infrastructure and Service Delivery team
- >5 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, IT Infrastructure Architect and/or IT Team lead
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Technical skills Server platforms and virtualization Storage/backup solutions Networking (LAN, WLAN, WAN) Firewalls Office (Email, OneDrive, Teams) End point security tools (Anti-virus, EDR) Public Cloud
- Master degree in IT or engineering
