- Manage people's performance and lead a team of 4/5 members in region to achieve KPI's.
- Lead monthly cross functional operation reviews with CM Exec and Bose leadership.
- Lead to manage CM quality performance and drive to targets for final assembly and sub-assembly processes.
- Lead to reduce quality incidents which can cause line down, rework, and field return.
- Lead to drive CM's resources and leverage internal global R&D expertise to solve quality issues with 8D methodology.
- Collaborate with global R&D to develop CM manufacturing capacity for NPI and lead to manage CM capacity utilization during mass production.
- Lead to drive process and design tradeoffs into the product and global R&D organizations to influence design for manufacturability prior to launch.
- Lead to drive CM's resources and leverage internal global R&D expertise to solve capacity issues which can be caused by human, machine, material, or processes.
- Lead to manage CM OTIF% (On time in full) and drive CM's resources to achieve desired targets.
- Lead to reduce CM manufacturing cost by using lean methodology to get rid of waste and improve LMPU (labor minutes per unit).
- Lead to reduce manufacturing scraps which can be caused by materials and processes.
- Lead to leverage CM's resources to qualify Tier II materials to support new product development by using cosmetic alignment, tool planning and run rate processes.
- Lead the change management PCN processes for any changes on materials and processes.

Job Description
This position will lead a team of 4/5 members in region to be accountable for overall manufacturing operations of one or two Bose contract manufacturers which have multiple global locations. This position needs to build up business relationship with CM management team to leverage CM's resources to drive quality, delivery, and manufacturing cost to desired targets. This position also needs to collaborate with internal global R&D for new product introduction and drive continuous improvements for quality and manufacturing cost. This position reports to Director, Bose Operations China.
