- 1.Deep understanding of mainstream content platforms such as Twitch and YouTube Gaming, establishing a streamer ecosystem for gaming categories, and manage streamer operations, including creating top-tier benchmark streamers, converting and nurturing gamers into streamers.2.Oversee game streamer operations or product operations, collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as product, R&D, and marketing to achieve user growth and engagement KPIs.3.Develop and implement streamer incentive programs, utilizing various operational methods to discover and accelerate the growth of high-quality streamers.4.Manage the construction of overseas official websites and key communities, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit, coordinating and continuously optimizing various community operation modules, such as platform operation strategies, content release models, and community event content.5.Collaborate with product updates and operational rhythm, marketing promotions, and synchronize the corresponding updates, events, and market branding information for content promotion and public opinion guidance. 岗位要求
- 1.3+ years' experience working in the gaming industry or managing online communities, Bachelor's degree or higher.2.Passionate about gaming, with extensive gaming experience and a broad vision, as well as in-depth experience and understanding of FPS games.3.Strong communication skills and good judgment, self-motivated, and a strong sense of teamwork.4.Deep familiarity with mainstream content platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Reddit is preferred.5.English as the primary working language, proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
