    SALARY RANGE : CNY 46,000 - CNY 60,000

    A DAY IN A LIFE

    As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
  • Process owner to establish, monitor and continuously improve processes in line with the organization's goal(s) and direction(s)
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the resources, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts (SLA) with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure high-quality service.
  • Work closely with the Operation Product and Technology team to make improvements on our operation system platform, drive sprints or pilot implementation projects where necessary
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to drive operational excellence for the CTO or 3PL
  • Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability.
  • Responsible for both commercial requirements and operational aspects of the department.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security procedures, and airline-specific guidelines.
  • Drive, control and manage the operations cost per parcel (CPP)
  • Responsible for the overall operation budget and procurement process
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments for Operation-related matters as needed.
  • Respond to customs related enquiries including commodity coding, trade preference, duties, valuation and customs transit
  • Oversee customs entry work ensuring accurate and timely submission and follow up action for import and export declarations. Provide cover for brokers when needed
  • Develop opportunities and apply for customs simplifications on behalf of traders including Inward Processing, Outward Processing, Customs Warehousing, Approved Exporter, Duty Deferment, Returned Goods Relief, VAT postponed accounting
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing operational systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills to establish and improve processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ability to optimize resources, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency in delivery operations.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with carriers, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements for operational excellence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance standards, budget management, and customs procedures.
