- Lead the implementation of regional LCA modelling for Battery Cathode Active Materials (CAM) according to relevant standards, including ISO 14067, GBA rulebook and PEFCR for the EU Battery Regulation;
- Commission and lead LCA studies on battery CAM production, project management of these studies, communicate study results to BM and externally (e.g. customers);
- Participate in and monitor the development of LCA related standards, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region;
- Participate in supplier discussions on carbon related issues, collect PCFs from suppliers and validate;
- Support the implementation of BMRS (Battery minerals responsible sourcing) management system through internal training, supply chain questionnaires collection, supplier ESG due diligence, further risk assessment, audit and report;
- Education: University degree in the field of Environmental science or engineering, Sustainability Management, or other related field
- Working Experience: at least 3 years of professional experience in LCA

- Can use Gabi, Simapro or other LCA tool, can model individually, and had delivered at least 3 LCA reports before;
- Can deliver proper research on emission factors;
- Basic understanding on LCA service providers in the market, including consulting firms and third-party audit company;
- Basic understanding on battery materials;
- Desire to learn Responsible sourcing topics, and develop the interest to a broader ESG scope.
