- Responsible for the development of business KPI, timely identification of problems and early warning, giving improvement suggestions, and promoting the achievement of goals
- Build a complete operational data analysis framework, establish a sound operational quality management process and system, improve organizational operation efficiency, and realize efficient decision-making and strategy closed-loop
- Monitor operational data, collect and analyze operational data on a regular basis, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the stability and sustainability of operations
- Establish good cooperative relations with internal and external partners

- Pharmaceutical or medical bachelor degree or above
- More than 10 years in medical industry, work experience of SFE management and commercial operation management is preferred; Proficient in data analysis, with strong logical thinking
- Strong planning, organization, implementation, and data analysis skills
- Strong initiative and achievement drive; Good at communication and guidance, with strong upward and horizontal communication and coordination skills
- Good command of English expression, writing ability and computer operation skills; be able to skillfully use the Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Canoness expression is preferred
