    Job Description

    You work as the strategic business partner to the Regional Manager in all matters related to our colleagues.

    Together with the Regional HR team, you ensure the best colleagues experience by implementing the people strategy for the Region, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives and the brand/group colleague's strategy.

    In collaboration with your regional team and the HR function, you secure a longer-term strategy to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talents and secure competencies to fulfil current and future needs.

    You provide guidance and support to senior leaders on HR matters, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee development and organizational effectiveness, enabling the regional business plan to reach sales & profit goals.

  • Together with the Regional Manager, you make sure that leaders with formal responsibilities are guided by our culture when taking business decisions, leading people, leaders, and organizations.
  • With the Regional Manager and trough constant coaching, you make sure that every leader with staff responsibility strive to build and keep alive an inclusive work environment where different perspectives are taken into consideration.
  • Talent

    In cooperation with the HR function and the Regional Team, you secure a long-term strategy to attract, retain, develop, and engage talents.

    You guide and support hiring managers to make sure you have the right competencies to fulfil current & future needs.

  • You are accountable to ensure talent pipeline for relevant roles for your Region.
  • You are committed to support the Brand development by developing key talents for the company.
  • In partnership with the Regional Manager, you make sure that every leader in the organization knows how to lead people and business according to our values and that everyone understands what is expected from leaders.
  • You oversee the talent management process, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Together with the Regional management team, you make sure that top leaders in your region understand they are responsible to develop key talents for the future.
  • You guide and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • You drive a relevant engagement strategy within your region to make sure colleagues feel constant developed and recognized for their contribution to the company growth.
  • You partner with the total reward community to develop and implement an effective, local relevant and compliant reward strategy based on market trends and company guidelines.
  • Learning & Performance Development

    By promoting and communicating how we expect leaders to lead and behave, you develop effective leaders and performing teams, contributing to the company sustainable growth.

  • You make sure that colleagues feel developed through constant & constructive feedbacks about performances and behaviors.
  • You make sure colleagues can contribute to the company goals by setting, communicating, and following up on the performance development strategy and process.
  • You promote a culture of continuous learning and support leaders' development with coaching, feedbacks and ad hoc leadership development programs where needed.
  • Provide leaders with the skills/knowledge to drive the business. You identify development needs and knowledge gaps and collaborate with L&PD Community and external stakeholders to deliver relevant and impactful training initiatives and leadership trainings.
  • You facilitate leadership programs for senior leaders across personas and equips HRBL and trainer network to deliver and coach on relevant leadership interventions for all colleagues.
  • People Relation

    You develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • In line with the company direction, you secure the implementation of global PR policies, programs, and initiatives making sure they are compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • You provide guidance and support leaders on people relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of PR principle, policies, and procedures.
  • Proactively coach HRs within your Region to address and resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances in compliance with local employment laws.
  • You make sure that the PR team acts as speaking partner for local Union/work council and ensure an effective dialogue.
  • Change Management

  • You lead organizational changes and business transformation by setting an effective people strategy, balancing out business targets and people needs.
  • You provide support, guidance and coaching to leaders leading leaders, teams, and organizations in time of change to minimize disruption and foster a positive transition to ensure business continuity.
  • Regional HR Team

  • You are the line manager of the regional teams of specialist working within the region and you are responsible for the team development and growth.
  • Trough the regional specialist teams, you support the ambition to work multi and become one HR
  • You are committed to work on the HR DPT succession plan, including identifying and developing your successor
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar field, such as business management or finance.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and self-learnings.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and local HR best practice is a plus.
  • You have at least 4-5 years of proven successful experience within a leadership role connected with Sales and HR, preferably from a Market.
  • You have proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.
  • You manage diverse teams across markets /part of senior management team.
  • You have experience in supporting transformation by setting and implementing effective people strategies, balancing business and people needs.
  • You are a talented presenter, fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good in Microsoft office
