- Be able to conduct the training programs of ZEISS IQS X-ray & optical products, deliver classroom and on-line technical training courses to IQS APAC service teams.
- Responsible for training syllabus, content and documentation creating, updating and revison.
- As a member of ZEISS IQS global support network, provide timely response and 2nd level technical support to ZEISS APAC service teams, can do the deep troubleshooting by analyzing the failures and debug logfiles both onsite and remotely.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D, global quality and production teams for the latest product and service relevant information.
- Involve to the new product project from service perspective, such like the system verification, service accessibility, documentation compilation., etc.
- Assist in product quality improvement, collect, summarize, and prioritize the field-escalated quality issues, solution follow up and continuous feedback.
- College or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in mechanical, electrical, automatic is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, prefer on installing, troubleshooting,developing industrial electronics, machines or automatic systems.
- Excellent communication and service orientation is required.
- Previous X-ray or optical measuring device service experience is preferred.
- Previous customer or internal training experience is preferred.
- Microsoft operating system knowledge is required.
- Be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.
- Presentable, possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel domestic and internationally.
