•工厂对外客诉处理、跟进和改善主导
•工厂偏差(不合格、内外审发现项等)的跟进、验证和改善
•负责工厂品评小组/工厂虫害管理
•组织现场辅导等开展形式,确保质量管理流程体系 (GMP、追溯、不合格品、异物控制、标识、标准管理等)的持续验证和执行、优化质量Q矩阵等工具在现场的开展和应用
•主导工厂的健康检查PDCA,包含支持部门质量任务的转移,驱动能力下沉
•支持Core ION RPM/FGspecification标准文件转化
•新员工/转岗/刷新等培训和认证 任职要求: 教育背景: 本科及以上学历,理工科/质量/食品相关专业 工作经验: 3 年以上食品质量管理经验或1年以上管理职能 能力要求 :
•食品质量体系知识ISO;HACCP危害分析和关键控制点
•参与或主导审计经验;SPC数据统计和分析;QC/QA经验
•流利的英语书写和沟通/计算机基础技能
•具备良好的沟通能力, 较强的影响力和抗压能力
