- 负责内部IT项目的全生命周期工作。
- 与业务部门密切合作,了解业务部门痛点,问题,跟踪变更和升级。
- 成为总部项目团队与国内项目的沟通桥梁,保持密切合作。
- 创建高质量相关项目文档,定义范围,交付标准,相关风险,时间线等。
- 与本地IT团队团结协作,调动本地资源进行项目协助。
- 在商定的治理和变更控制流程框架内,管理项目范围、成本、资源和时间方面的变更。
- 尽职的风险管理,密切管理项目治理中的风险,采取有效缓解措施。
- 项目中涉及采购,合同等工作。
- IT运维中涉及的费用分摊等IT助理职责。
- 作为IT运维团队的备份支持力量。
- 计算机相关本科以上学历。
- 三年以上外企项目管理经验,至少两年以上IT运维或开发经验。
- 良好的沟通能力,英语口语熟练,优秀的书写能力,无法进行口语交流请勿申请。
- 具有项目管理证书,相关IT网络,服务器,安全等证书有限考虑。
- 具有创新精神,能够会公司的数字化转型提供意见和建议。
