- Analyzing customer requirements and developing project plans accordingly
- Preparing project estimates, schedules and resources
- Managing and coordinating the project's activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and managing project budgets.Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project components
- Monitoring and controlling project milestones, deliverables and quality assurance
- Reporting project status and performance to management. Leading the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures.Performing other duties as assigned
- Bachelor or above with more than 8 years of system project management experience
- Extensive experience in system project management( More than 8 years) in an international environment, preferably in automation engineering
- Customer orinted person with strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
- Very good communication skills both oral and written in mandarin and English
