与利益相关方召开季前计划会议,概述要求、战略、范围、时间表和交付成果。
制定并整合全面的项目路线图,以供共享。
识别和管理潜在风险,进行项目可行性评估。
持续监控项目进度,并就里程碑和交付成果等可衡量的项目编制详细的计划报告。
积极主动地与所有参与的 x 团队沟通,给予鼓励,发现问题,制定解决方案,提高效率。
收集整理项目简介和资产,定义项目数据模板。
与所有利益相关者一起审查和管理项目范围、进度和质量方面的变更。
监督项目的交付,确保项目符合商定的范围、时间、成本和质量标准。
【岗位要求】
5-9年项目管理经验,天猫、小程序、商城等完整前端项目经验。
沟通需要强,对内需要和各业务部门及平台的stakeholder进行沟通,对外和6家供应商进行沟通。
英文读写,文档能力强
