- Teach the school's English curriculum to middle school students
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Work schedule: a maximum of twenty-one teaching periods, 35-40 minutes per session, plus supervising four morning reading sessions (15 minutes each), teaching one after school club and one evening study supervision session per week, and acting as a homeroom teacher of a class in need as well
- Class size: 25
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 2 years' related teaching experience
- Excellent English communicative skills
- Monthly Salary of 20,000 to 35,000 RMB before tax
- Housing allowance of 2,000 RMB
- Public holidays
- 60% paid Summer and Winter holidays
- Meal Allowance: 300 RMB/month into lunch card
- Flight reimbursement of 10,000 RMB per academic year
