- Prepare and deliver lessons timely to kids aged 318 following the highest standards of English Language Teaching and the program's procedures and policies.
- Inform students of the program's aims and objectives, and grade, correct and record their results.
- Develop and use appropriate supplementary materials and equipment.
- Meet and report regularly to the Director of Duties (DoS) and communicate with the academic, sales and service teams, and the Centre Director to ensure efficient operations.
- Carry out teachingrelated responsibilities such as demonstration classes, Life Clubs, workshops, and presentations. *Non exhaustive list.
- Become familiar with the Management Procedures Course, administrative procedures, and the program courses offered at the centre.
- Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or offsite.
- Take on administrative work, as directed by the DoS or other manager(s).
- Assist the DoS with the development and marketing of courses, upon request.
- Attend staff meetings, centre social events, and developmental meetings with the DoS and other manager(s).
- Strive for selfdevelopment and to maintain the Program Core Values.
- College/University graduate (possess a Bachelor's degree)
- Citizenship from one of the following countries: USA, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand (mandatory)
- A recognised TEFL certificate (min. 120 hours) or equivalent. *No TEFL? No problem Find out if you qualify for a free TEFL when you apply
