• 审计和合规控制
1. 遵守银行的政策、标准、操作准则/规程、安保及内部控制和合规措施,尤其是分支机构当地的操作规程。
2. 遵守由当地监管机构做出的规则和规定,尤其是那些适用于销售过程的规则和规定。
• 销售银行产品和服务
1. 通过交叉销售、客户推荐、主动升級销售、个人业务关系等方式,获得新客户和拓展新的业务。
2. 通过审慎的财务需求分析/规划确认现有/预期客户的财务需求,推销已获得该城市监管主体许可的存款和理财产品。
3. 将产品及其可能存在的各种风险介绍给客户。
4. 参加各种销售和推广活动(例如实地推广、公司推销活动、路演等),以扩展客户基础和业务网络,在该城市推广银行的形象/品牌。
5. 向丰盛理财中心经理反映客户反馈和竞争情况并提出建议。
• 建立关系和个人账户服务
1. 与现有客户保持定期联络,以加强关系,减少客户流失。
2. 为客户提供最新的产品/市场信息及其账户状况,以增加账户使用率和产品渗透率。
3. 为客户开设账户,完成申请和相关文档。
4. 处理客户的查询。
5. 了解最新的产品/市场知识和财务需求分析/规划技能,在与客户交流时展现出高水平的专业能力。
• 客户体验管理
1. 按照银行要求的服务标准为客户提供最优质的服务。
2. 处理和跟进客户的要求和查询,以确保客户满意度。
任职要求:
• 拥有专业学位,商务或财务相关专业优先考虑;
• 普通话必须流利;
• 对当地银行惯例和规定具有良好的理解。
• 至少拥有在中国财务市场上的3年的销售经验。
