- Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
- Optimizing MCB&RCD portfolio according to market trend, customer requirements and channel differentiating.
- Defining the growth opportunity to achieve sales target.
- Working with LBU/GPG to release new products ,support local sales in terms of the offering, project support
- Reviewing sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly
- Engaging in the distributor and other partner development
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in engineering is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing/sales in MCB&RCD business or Electrification industry
