- Design and lead SEM focused marketing campaign in all market, especially in Academia and Industry, set up digital strategy, drive leads / pipeline generation and brand awareness.
- Marketing collaterals localization and content generation.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI), generate value proposition, product positioning and GTM model.
- Education: material science related Master's degree or above
- Knowledge on EM principal, tool composition, application, operation. 1 year or above SEM operation experience preferred.
- Basic marketing knowledge.
- Strong communication willing and skills.
- Understand-able spoken and written English.

2. Lead China Academic and Industrial SEM Market intelligence, such as market trend, segmentation, competition, customer profile, etc.
3. Support commercial leaders to develop and deploy business plan and action plan.
4. Strategic BD projects to drive Biz. growth, including HW (in-situ stages, detectors, accessories, etc.) and SW (automation, image recognition, etc.).
5. Lead voice of customer (VOC), understand the routine job, needs, pain point, value driver of customers and users. Regular meeting with BU product MKTG, support next Gen. product definition.
