- Oversee the growth marketing strategy in mainland China, responsible for the overall user growth of the business.
- Manage a small team but with marketing full functions, including paid ads, KOL/KOCs, social content, lifecycle, and CX.
- Hit acquisition and conversion targets via highly effective ideation, execution, and management of strategic marketing programs.
- Challenge the status quo, generate insights, and lead optimization of existing channels by transferring the marketing channel performance into rigorous quantitative analysis.
- Content marketing strategy and its role in performance marketing to drive engagement and conversions.
- Utilize our social accounts and CX as a growth channel ensure our brand image is in a good shape.
- Collaborate with the Product and Creative teams to deliver the most effective message to our target customers.
- Manage agencies or contractors required to generate compelling content and collateral and execute growth campaigns.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, allocating funds strategically to maximize return on investment.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- 10 year's experience in marketing function with 5 years in a growth marketing role
- Experience in managing a small but agile marketing team with full functions
- Deep understanding of B2C growth marketing (ideally for an App or MiniApp), with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality to innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurship, highly self-motivated and is good at taking initiatives for marketing programs.
- Ability to work in high-growth environments that require flexibility, continuous innovation, and an appetite for adapting to change.
- A talent for efficiently triangulating a wide range of data sources to generate compelling insights and recommendations.
- Quick learner with the aptitude and attitude to immerse yourself in new challenges.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
