- Work with cross functions to build & maintain robust competitive intelligence on market, sector, players and leading competing assets.
- Support senior leaders to make recommendations for future business model or portfolios design.
- Seek synergies in total across categories in Great China.

- MBA or demonstrable business skills with academic major in Food Science, Nutrition science,
- Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field, with 5+ years food industry experience in marketing/product management/sales/business development.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skill is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill with cross-team project experience.
- Ability of managing intellectual property and integrating them into the business strategy.
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to collect information, analyze data and make decisions under uncertain conditions
- Experience of leading changes or playing champions on new initiatives is a plus.
