Job Description
Job Summary:
1. Maintain and optimize production process of assembly line label, laser marking, silicone, staking and EOL1) ECU programming and testing.
2. Evaluate feasibility of new process equipment/fixture.
3. PDS Management for Change Requests via MKS and Implementation
4. Problem solving via systematic method, PDCA, A3, 8D, PSS
Job Responsibilities:
1. Involvement in Production Meetings ( Morning call, Point CIP) to continuously improve and stabilize Production Key Performance Indicators (OEE, Downtime, Output, Cycle Time, FPY, ChangeOver Time, Scrap, Quality loss, ...)
2. Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity, quality and to reduce TA loss/scrap/failure costs
3. Implementation/Use of tools & methods in daily work ( Poka-Yoke, Point CIP and 'PDCA' process, A3, PSS, 8D-Report, others)
4. Type data setting according to BOM and PDB.
5. Actively manage and support production line Ramp-up
6. Drive and coordinate production improvement projects
7. Line responsibility and troubleshooting on shop floor
8. Responsible for assigned process improvement
9. Tooling and fixture maintenance and management
10. Weekly meeting with manager to review defined topics and tasks status
11. Train and coach process technician w/ regular performance review
12. On-call and onsite support machine or process issue
13. Participate in evaluating feasibility of equipment/fixture related to new product (project). (Cooperation with TEF people)
14. According to MKS2) system/EC3) updated process standard, make change record and inform related people.
15. Participate in Kaizen4 team (Bosch worldwide) meeting.
16. Accept the assignment from section manager.
Remark/备注:
1). EOL means End Of Line;
2). MKS means software revision management software (MKS is software name);
3). EC means Engineering Change/EC
4.) Kaizen means "continuous improvement" which derived from Japanese/Kaizen
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering background or closely related
2. Working Experience: At least 2 yrs working experience in production engineering fields
3. Knowledge/Skills/Training : engineering\technology\quality\IE in Assembly industry
4. Language: good command of both written and oral English
5. Pro-active & quick mind, used to work in international atmosphere/teams
