- Process parameters definition and trial out for forming process.
- Preparation and maintenance of process data sheets for forming process.
- Technical specification definition, acceptance and ramp up support of new/ retrofit MAE.
- Release forming process according to product requirement.
- Development and implementation of improvement activities for cycle time, cost reduction and quality improvement of forming stations together with MOE.
- Leading the problem solving for responsible process/stations.
- Improvement and maintenance of knowledge database for forming process. Transfer knowledge to technician and internal customer/colleagues.
- Knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.
- Master's degree in engineering, production/material (metal)
- Very good English skills (B2 or better) in oral communication as well as reading/writing
- German language skills helpful, but not mandatory
- Systematical and analytical thinking
- Metal forming process knowledge
- Familiar with Finite Element Analysis software, such as Dynaform, Abaqus, Autoform etc.
- Sound understanding of Bosch quality methods ( problem solving, Shainin)
- Machine design and machine components requested
- Team working skills
