- Partner with the Personal Care BU/BG team to understand business requirements, define category procurement strategy and eco-system
- Interface with Personal Care procurement portfolio/operation team, including raw and pack material procurement team, to transform the category procurement strategy/target to portfolio procurement strategy/target.
- Manage Personal Care category 5S savings, NMI (net material impact), cash agenda and driving the resilience and Innovation pipeline projects of the categories in the scope
- Manage Personal Care category 3PM sourcing strategy and the projects to support the innovation, resilience and cost agenda
- Support in the resolution of supply and operational issues
- Manage current complexity, Support and drive complexity reduction programes
- Ensure compliance with Codes & Policies ( USQS etc).
- Own and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in procurement processes
- Organise and execute price forecasting in line with defined processes.
- Understand the market trends and intelligence
- Contribute to delivery of overall team results
- Self- motivated, be able to work with the minimum of supervision to work in networks and drive for team alignment and be able to work independently
- Be result and solution oriented, be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
- Have excellent project management, communication & networking skills

- Procurement Insights and Analysis with the translation of business needs of the categories to Procurement requirements

- Supplier Selection and Development ( assessing supplier performance, screening suppliers, supplier qualification and on boarding)
