- Drive Suppliers On Time Delivery performance in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain & Quality teams.
- Debottlenecking Supply Constraints by adopting best in class Problem Solving Methodology.
- Lead & Drive Sourcing execution in alignment with Lead Category Manager– Driving RFx, Negotiations, Contract Management, Project Execution.
- Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver target productivity & working capital improvements.
- Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or procurement including supplier selection.
- Engineering degree in relevant area required, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, should costing, materials and experience in managing electro-mechanical component categories.
- Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent Communication Skills with English Language Proficiency.
