岗位职责: 1、作为家乐福总部法务部的一员,参与家乐福中国相关规章制度的草拟、制定和下发;
2、负责供应链、电子商务、市场、财务、IT等部门的法律支持工作;
3、负责相关诉讼案件的处理,包括自行代理和协调外部律师处理;
4、其它部门负责人交派的其它工作。
1、法律专业本科以上学历,通过司法考试;
2、2年以上法律工作经验,有律师事务所工作经验者优先;
3、熟悉零售相关法律法规及诉讼案件处理流程;
4、具有很强的法律逻辑思维能力及分析、处理、应变及解决法律问题的工作能力;
5、具有较好的抗压能力。
