- Sales support, incl. bidding, contract draft/review/negotiation, internal approval in case of deviations, etc.
- Project execution support, incl. contract amendment/transfer/termination, A/R collection, dispute settlement, etc.
- Review all kinds of contracts / agreements from procurement, customer services, R&D, etc.
- Legal/Compliance tasks assigned by superior
- Bachelor degree of international trade, business administration, finance or legal, etc;
- More than 3 years work experience in legal or commercial related function of foreign invested company;
- Good communication skill and willing to deal with people;
- Fluent in Spoken & Written English;
- Act reliably, both the quality and delivery time, Business/customer oriented;
- Strong self-motivation, willing to learn and with a good learning ability;
