- Responsible for travel category(Meal, TMC, Shorten car)
- Work closely with the global travel teams to ensure service deliveries and sourced products are aligned to meet customer expectations
- Participate in cross-functional team in the selection of suppliers to support operation strategy.
- Work with internal teams to take care of highlight supplier issues, like delivery, quality issues, etc.
- Monitor travel market intelligence and key trends to refine buying plans to support business requirements
- Develop and implement procurement travel strategy and plans.
Ensure supplier performance(Productivity) - Evaluate suppliers' productivity, capacity, quality and supplier risk.
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts to ensure fair market value while protecting our company's interests
- Analyze supplier performance data, propose development plans, and communicate supplier scorecard
- Manage and maintain supplier Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years' relevant procurement/sourcing experience in a project based or travel industry experience
- Good communication capability, team work, open mind, activity and positive
- Good PPT and Excel capability (reporting)
- Good project management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Mandarin and English written and spoken

How you will make an impact:
The leads the supplier management processes to meet company objectives. Collaborates with a cross-functional team of project management, technical, quality, finance and other key colleagues to prioritize sourcing initiatives, develops sourcing strategies, negotiates contracts, supports spend migration from incumbent to preferred suppliers, and manages preferred supplier relationships.
