"I recently joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in Saudi Arabia as part of the key accounts team which supplies lab equipment to our customers. It’s a great honor being the first Saudi female employee playing a part in developing my country as a regional hub of scientific excellence in the Middle East.

While working towards my Ph.D., I was introduced to Thermo Fisher’s cutting-edge work through partnerships with other research institutes. Having the opportunity to work and collaborate with Thermo Fisher colleagues inspired me to apply. I’ve always had a desire to work for an organisation in the science field, working with ground-breaking innovations and helping to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges. What I enjoy most about my job is working on customer solutions and troubleshooting issues to ensure our end users can carry out the extraordinary work they are doing every day to positively impact the lives of many. I feel privileged to be part of a global organisation serving science working with a supportive team that’s helping people in the Middle East and beyond.
