- Define and deploy a comprehensive purchasing strategy aligned with stakeholder needs within the Company for Capex category(equipment,facility, construction, warehouse, instrument etc)
- Study, animate and manage the creation of indirect purchasing synergies, qualitatively and quantitatively, between the different BU/Sites of the Company;
- Proposing ways of optimization to improve supplier panel
- Managing calls for tenders, in coordination with local departments: research of potential suppliers, creation of specifications and consultation documents, negotiation, contracting;
- Supporting the implementation of good purchasing practices;
- Coordinate the implementation of quality standards for goods and services purchased;
- Setting up and producing an annual review of activity and supplier contracts:
- Secure the indirect purchases within a framework of compliance procedures (in accordance with local practices/regulations and Group guidelines) in collaboration with Internal Control Department.
