- Develop go-to-market strategy to support national business growth in collaboration with the consulting teams.
- Collaborate closely with the global teams contributing to thought leadership, offerings and methodologies bringing global best practices into China market and clients.
- Working with the consulting teams, leading business development activities, providing expert support in the development of client proposals.
- Provide expert advisory support in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements.
- Be a trusted advisor with senior client executives and maintain relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand relationships.
- Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing new business working with the Marketing and the Practice Teams.
- You have rich hands-on operation management or management consulting experience, including setting strategies, developing operational roadmaps, integrating into business units and functions and supporting implementation activities.
- You are able to develop new business and to manage complex engagements from end to end.
- You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and can leverage it externally.
- You have the experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executive levels with demonstrated history of account revenue growth.
- You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
- You have effective leadership and interpersonal skills with entrepreneurial mindset to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
