- 推动医零互动项目顺利落地,构建团队日常跟进体系及效果评估方案,对项目落地方案不断迭代,确保项目成功执行。
- 作为项目经理,与事业部负责人和各位业务单元负责人密切合作,负责各种项目相关布达,组织定期项目跟进会议,协调与项目相关的利益相关方和资源,把控项目节奏,推动项目有效进展。
- 通过适当的KPI跟进,使BU管理团队能够评估和跟踪精细化管理的有效性。
- 分析内部和外部数据,捕捉市场机会。
- 提供基于业务目标的综合解决方案。
- 根据要求准备日常项目相关数据报告。
- 识别额外的业务增长机会,评估机会潜力,并制定可行的业务计划。
- 大学本科及以上学历,科学、商业、金融、市场营销或其他相关专业优先,MBA学位优先
- Prefer 5年以上制药行业销售或市场管理工作经验
- 优秀的人际交往能力和项目管理能力
- 熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力
- 具有与跨职能团队合作及项目管理的成功经验
