About the Role
以探索与挖掘Gen-AI保险运营场景为切点,深入了解保险运营旅程,协助友邦人寿运营团队推进运营Gen-AI用例的探索工作。在此过程中可加深实习生对保险行业的整体认知及培养个人的创新思维能力及团队协作能力。具体工作内容如下:
1、参与并协助进行用户需求及痛点的调研及分析;
2、整理并汇总相关洞察并作持续的推进方案更新;
3、协助进行业务需求及技术方案的沟通和澄清;
4、负责Gen-AI应用进展汇报以及阶段性产出总结工作。
沟通对象:
1、内部(80%)面向上级主管、运营部其他横向团队及公司IT等部门;
2、外部(20%)面向相关服务供应商。
人选画像:
1、本科、研究生或MBA在读学生,一周到岗5天,实习时间为2024年7-8月(全职实习时间不少于8周);
2、统计/数学/计算机/金融等相关专业研究生在读学生优先;
3、具备优秀的数据处理及分析能力,敏锐的数据洞察力及快速学习能力;
4、对创新应用/技术充满热情,对Gen-AI有一定的了解;
5、性格开朗热情,具有较强的团队协作能力以及沟通能力;
6、熟练应用Microsoft办公软件,具有高效的PPT攥写能力;
7、具备相关实习经验者优先。
岗位核心价值:
着眼前沿科技的落地应用尝试,将保险运营及Gen-AI有机结合,在获取保险知识的同时,充分探索新技术的可能性。
