- 参与G123平台产品的前期视觉用户研究、设计流行趋势分析,设定产品的整体风格
- 参与产品的前期讨论,与产品经理和前后端工程师协作,从用户体验角度给出合理建议和解决方案
- 配合前端开发人员共同创建用户交互界面,跟踪产品效果,保证最终设计质量
- 产出设计方案,协同推进项目,能主动发现问题并优化产品体验
- 制定相关设计规范,确保产品的上线效果
- 探索业界设计趋势,主动分享设计经验,协助提升团队整体设计水平
- 本科及以上学历、计算机或视觉设计相关专业
- 2年及以上互联网产品(网页/App)设计相关经验, 对UI/UX设计有浓厚的兴趣
- 具有扎实的设计基础,熟练掌握Figma、PS、AI、Sketch等设计软件
- 具有扎实的HTML/CSS/JS基础,可以用代码实现动态的设计效果
- 对色彩、图形、字体、动效等信息设计原则有较好的认知与把控能力
- 具有较强的工作责任心、沟通表达与良好的执行力,富有工作热情和团队意识
- 需要提供作品链接或者线上产品链接
- 日语要求商业级别
- 有前端开发经验,熟悉流向的前端框架
- 熟悉互联网或软件产品的整体实现过程,包括从需求分析到产品发布
- 有敏锐的行业洞察及学习能力,了解学习行业最新趋势并能与时俱进,不断掌握新技能
