    Objective of Job

    § Responsible for MBOS ADAS System Architecture Concept Deign with Major focus Shadow mode, Data platform, ADAS Map solution, and Integration with Infotainment domain.

    § Responsible for the Implementation and integration Planning of those concept.

    § Cooperating between different local and global stakeholders, to ensure technical leading architecture in market and meanwhile the compatibility and efficiency to MB E/E architecture.

    § Responsible for analyzing current System/SW architect, finding out the problems, and providing proposals & solutions on how to improve and optimize to achieve better performance & stability.

    § Leading technical discussion with global team to work out best China fit ADAS Architecture in next generation

    § Participate in reviewing the development process, estimating the resource plan, assisting to project lead, defining development standards and performance requirements.

    § Requirements and interface analysis

    § Cross Domain E2E pipeline concept drafting& review

    § Solution from other domain reviewing

  • New technologies research and introduction.

    • Lead Implementation and Integration Planning

    · Integration concept drafting

    · Milestone, Resource Planning for implementation and integration

    · System optimization, scalability and extendibility defining and designing.

    · Cross domain issue analysis and improvement solution providing

    Lead China Next Generation ADAS system Architecture

    · Coordinating with stakeholders

    · Review global architecture design

  • Bring China needs and fits solution into architecture

    • Development process improvement

    Qualifikationen

    Education

    · Master degree or above, major in computer engineering, information engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering or a related engineering field;

    Experience

    · More than 5 years of Experience as System/ SW Architect or Technical Manager, in automotive industry;

  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience in in ADAS system
  • Have leaded more than 2 product's System Architecture Design or worked as Project Technical Manager and launched successfully

    • Knowledge

    · Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; have an in-depth understanding and insights into the development trends of automotive products and technologies

    · Proficient knowledge in ADAS Map, e.g. SD Map, HD Map, SD Pro Map.

    · Proficient knowledge in ADAS L2+ solution, preferred both HD Map and None Map solution

    · Proficient knowledge in ADAS data close loop concept

    · Good understanding on Automotive Operation System as Linux, QNX;

    · Good understanding on ADAS UX/UI interaction

    · Good understanding in ADAS functional algorithm design and development

    · Strong technical stack background on Multiple Functionality Domains

    · Basic understanding on Automotive Classic Autosar and Adaptive Autosar

    · Basic understanding on cross domain communication protocols (SomeIp/DDS/IPC/Shared memory/...) and SOA concept, design and implementation;

    · Has teamwork spirit, willing to share, able to self-motivate, and influences and leads the team with a positive, hardworking, and optimistic attitude

    · Fluent English, German is a plus
