- With very good communication andnegotiation skills as well as business fluent English, you act confidently inan international environment
- You have a degree in Interaction Design or a comparable degree.Alternatively, you are a creative career changer with impressive referenceprojects
- You have many years of professional experience in a design agencyenvironment and/or an in-house UX design team with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in the medical technology sector and understanding of theChinese market and healthcare system is an advantage.
- You have experience as a UX designer in agile software and hardwareprojects.
