- Take lead roles to build and optimize in vitro virological platform; be responsible of writing related SOPs and ensure the execution.
- As a potential platform and team leader, take the managerial ownership to offer insights, initiatives and strategies in team building. Potentially manage a team with accountabilities to develop talents and to expand the team.
- As a project leader, be responsible of study designing, resource allocation, by which to make sure the successful completion of projects.
- Prepare protocol, cost analysis, and quotation suggestion for new business, provide business development strategy and conduct process improvement/optimization.

- Be able to build and establish good relationship with client via strong scientific knowledge and professional communication skills.
