- Troubleshoot and manage research and administration-related issues to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Undertake scientific researches on immunology and manage immunology-relevant projects.
- Develop, execute and complete diverse in vitro or ex vivo immunology assays and present to clients.
- PhD degree in immunology, cellular or molecular biology or a related discipline; Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industry or academia preferred;
- Demonstrated experimental capabilities and understanding in establishing and validating in vivo pharmacology efficacy models as required by project demand, ranging from oncology/tumor to immunogenicity models;
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills, able to work independently and collaborate internally or externally;
- Capability of working within a dynamic environment and multi-tasking;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and oversee a team of scientists and technicians in Chinese and English;
