• Design and implement preclinical immunology models (in vitro and in vivo) to selected candidates, evaluate the biological activities and characterize the mechanism of therapeutic leads.
• Project managing, design the study and provide guidance to the lab scientists to execute the project; Communicating and delivering the project update and reports to the clients.
• Lead a team to support drug discovery projects from target validation to drug candidate selection;
• Provide training and set achievable goals for new employees.

任职资格:

• . degree in immunology, pharmacology, biology, or a related discipline; Strong knowledge on immunology.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in developing new technologies; Previous experience on the flied of autoimmune disease is highly desired.
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills, able to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
