Your responsibility
You will be responsible for providing in vitro and ex vivo immunology assay service to clients. You will conduct experiments to test the efficacy of compounds on immune cells.
You may also conduct method development related experiments for the clients or to help improve and expand the capacity of our platform.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated hands-on proficiency in culture of cancer cell lines, primary cells and tumor cells and in isolation and differentiation of various kinds of immune cells Expertise in cell-based assay is required.
Expertise in other techniques such as FACS, ELISA , RT-PCR, molecular cloning is highly desired.You should have a strong background in in vitro research, be well-versed in best laboratory practices and possess good scientific problem-solving ability.
任职资格:
Requirements
MS or PhD in immunology, biology or other Life Science-related disciplines.
Experience with cancer biology and cancer related assays are preferred.
Proven ability to perform research independently, excellent scientific problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in English is expected.
