Job Summary
Manages the efficiency day-to-day operations of assigned retail store and retail carts. Assists Team Members in achieving the revenue plan and delivering an optimal guest experience.
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for efficiently carrying out day-to-day store operations and ensuring sales floor presence to provide assistance to the team Responsible to ensure that the team adheres to the policies and SOPs that are implemented. Responsible to ensure consistent execution of guest service standards and exceeding guest expectation.
Lead and motivates store team to achieve revenue and per cap budgets, by providing them with sales goals tied to revenue plan. Responsible to coach and provide on-the-job training to enhance team member's selling skills, product knowledge and guest service standards
Consistently maintains the merchandise and visual standards in the store including stocking, cleaning, folding and proper product placement.
Monitors inventory levels in the store and ensures that inventory movement such as transfers, write offs are accurately recorded. Manages stockroom tidiness and ensures that all products are displayed on the shop floor.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR MB policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Able to demonstrate selling techniques, suggestive selling techniques, analyze sales performance.
Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as business dictates.
Must be willing to work in an outdoor environment and stand for long hours.

Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
3-5 years of retail experience with 2-3 years Supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluency in Mandarin required with some basic English language preferred.
You must have necessary proof of identity; work permits and necessary qualifications/certificates (including but not limited to the Health Certificate for Beijing Public Health Jobholders).
Education
College degree preferred.
