描述
Regional academic event management and execution
• Conducting field research and localize marketing product strategy, work closely with central marketing and local sales team to drive the special marketing programs or projects to reinforce marketing strategy and planning.
• Organize and complete field marketing campaigns to promote continuous sales growth.
• Efficiently allocate company recourses to field event and Key accounts to
ensure the effective application of recourses.
• Assist company new product launch
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, gathering information and propose countermeasures.
• Manage and track materials to be used in field event.
• Report weekly/monthly on the regional surgery event to management and stakeholders
Sales Team Support
• Collaborate with sales for regional congress, promotional programs, etc.
• Assist professional product training to sales team
• POA and communicate with sales team effectively on the status of field event
• Actively collect, consolidate and distribute monthly market intelligence and analysis to sales team to support decision making and field action.
KOL management
• Regular visit and communicate with KOLs, deliver clear product information, build strong connection with KOLs.
• Deeply understand customers' unmet needs and keep monitoring customer satisfaction, improve SOV by developing KOLs and create Alcon opinion leaders.
Cost management:
• Well control expense within A&P budget for all surgery event, follow up monthly A&P expense.
• Optimize cost efficiency through building synergy internally and externally.
