    一家总部位于英国和爱尔兰的公司目前正在永久性招聘一名运营经理。所选候选人将作为公司与供应商之间的关键接口,确保产品规格和客户期望得到充分满足。候选人必须能够根据需要每天前往中山、佛山和江门等地的各个制造工厂。有时可能需要前往更远的地方评估新供应商和产品等。

    职责:

    • 有效与供应商谈判,以获取有利的条款、价格和合同。
    • 建立并维护与供应商的关系的经验。
    • 定期与供应商就价格/成本降低可能性进行报价/谈判。
    • 监控并更新价格变化,为爱尔兰财务团队更新价格变化文件。
    • 精通分析采购数据、市场趋势和节约成本的机会。
    • 记录和计算供应商回扣。
    • 监控模具回收情况。
    • 对订单、形式发票和商业发票进行抽查,以计算费率。
    • 关键客户管理,包括订单进度更新、发票抽查、运输/出口文件准备和与代理商沟通。
    • 跟踪订单和集装箱/货运记录。

    Job Description:

    UK and Irish based company is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on a permanent basis. The selected candidate will serve as a critical interface between the company and the supplier to ensure product specifications and customer expectations are fully met. The candidate must be available to travel daily to various manufacturing sites as required in the general Zhongshan, Foshan and Jiangmen areas. Travel to further locations from time to time may be required to assess new suppliers and product etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms, prices and contracts.
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
    • Regular price quotations/negotiations with suppliers on prices/cost reduction possibilities.
    • Monitor and update price changes and price change file for the Finance team in Ireland.
    • Proficiency in analyzing purchasing data, market trends, and cost saving opportunities.
    • Record and calculate supplier rebates.
    • Monitor mould return.
    • Spot checking orders, proforma invoice and commercial invoices for rate calculation.
    • Key account management to include order scheduling update, spot check of invoices, preparation of transport/export documents and communication with agents.
    • Follow up on orders and container/freight records.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (or Cantonese).
    • Excellent English language skills are required.
    • Good communicator.
    • Good negotiating skills
    • Ability to address supply chain challenges and resolve issues promptly.
    • Ensuring accuracy in procurement processes.
    • Computer skills particularly MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in the procurement process.
    • Self- starter, high energy, proactive individual with a strong work ethic.
    • Working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Drivers' license with own transport
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is highly desirable.
    • Experience communicating through English language is essential.
    • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, with experience working in a factory.
    • Work to own initiative.
    • Organized and self-starter.
    • Motivated and driven individual.
    • Ability to operate under pressure.
    • Good communicator.
