Research and Development Manager for UE5 Shooting Project in Shenzhen

Share Job

Participate in the development of a brand new UE shooting game project, ensuring project progress and quality meet expected standards.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including programmers, artists, and planners, to achieve project goals.
Develop project plans and budgets, monitor project progress.
Ensure the team follows best practices and high-quality standards to ensure project delivery meets technical requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of the project with the overall game development process.

Requirements:

Five or more years of experience in game development or related project management, experience in shooting game projects is a plus.
Understanding of UE and its related tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members.
Strong problem-solving and project risk management abilities, able to work under pressure while maintaining work quality.
