岗位职责:
1.管理岗位,负责研发部门和生产部门质量;
2.负责保障供应商所供原材料的质量,由于供应商供货物料质量缺陷引发的问题要及时反馈供应商要求其改善;
3.负责追踪确认供应商的改善报告及实施效果,必要时可进行现场审核检查以及辅导;
4.负责整机产品过程质量管理,从物料上线,制造过程,产品出货,全过程质量管理;
5.建立整机组包段的质量标准、管控订单质量风险、牵引内外部改善、拉通各环节质量标准;
6.负责工厂关键质量控制点与特殊工序的监督巡查,确保关键工位得到控制,保证产品质量;
7.协助项目/NPI进行试产跟进,并汇总试产报告,完成试产工厂问题的跟进处理;
8.通过成品抽检验证产品的质量,对有质量问题的产品及时改善纠正;
任职要求:
1. 电子/通信/机电相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. 有五年以上消费类电子产品工厂质量管理的实际经验,熟悉组装工厂的质量流程;
3. 熟悉并了解ISO9001质量体系,熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法;
4. 具备全局把握能力,思维缜密敏捷,有很强的组织协调推动力。
