- Oversee content strategy and engage with the community on various channels
- Develop impactful product communications, including developer feedback and patch notes
- Organize and execute community initiatives, contests, events, and content partnerships
- Coordinate and communicate content plans to cross-functional and regional teams
- Strategize content creator outreach, cultivating relationships and identifying new talent
- Analyze and optimize content creator program performance through data-driven insights
- Maintain professional moderation on community channels by managing moderators
- Facilitate player feedback loops, reporting community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions accurately
- Prior experience in managing and expanding gaming communities
- Demonstrated excellence in brand communications and content writing
- Profound understanding of community platforms and their impact on community engagement
- Highly organized and proactive, with adept skills in planning and self-managing social media content strategy
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to effectively communicate with colleagues
- A passionate gamer who is able to pick-up games fast
- Ability to use Photoshop
