    Build the brand image, develop visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time - Build and implement a ° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the entity : - Develop a communication plan with the management committee, validated by the GM - Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, brand events.... - Manage media relations, including new media relations - Build a media-mapping: identify the relevant role-players for the brand - Coordinate with the country corporate communication team - Manage Public Relations: spokesperson, ambassadors... - Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand (philanthropy, sponsoring...) and develop local initiatives in line with the international strategy - Support and advise the Country GM on corporate communication topics: - Build the image strategy of the GM (content and target) - Prepare interviews including media-training - Advise for internal and external speeches - Manage internal communication for the Brand - Build an internal communication plan in line with the external plan - Develop the brand image internally - Identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis - Recruit, develop and manage a team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes - Manage the Department's budget

    • Develops day-to-day opportunities to analyze consumer insights & datas
    • Analyzes datas, KPIs to provide business drivers
    • Synthetizes & share multiple informations with judgment & leadership

    • Develops the brand image & awareness
    • Imagines targeted & disruptive content for all supports: print, pictures, video, social media...
    • Produces quality material (image, editorial...) with rigorous excellence
    • Thinks integrated campaigns that work DEVELOPS L'OREAL VISIBILITY & ADVOCACY
    • Maps & plans media, social media, stakeholders landscape
    • Manages PR relations (spokesperson, ambassador) and ePR... with L'Oréal intelligence MANAGES COMMUNICATION EXPERTISES with the L'Oréal attitude
    • Is aligned with the L'Oréal CSR strategy "Sharing Beauty With All"
    • Works closely with targeted governments, stakeholders & NGOs in L'Oréal way
    • Protects L'Oréal reputation & develops visibility
    • Reinforces internal / external engagement through strong internal communication strategy & EVP
    • Ensures the Philanthropy Group's presence & recognition
